The story of OTTO Studios begins with a lifelong passion for antiques and vintage treasures, a love that started when I was young. Growing up, I was endlessly fascinated by objects that carried a history, each piece telling stories of a fascinating past. I would mix and match timeless objects with contemporary pieces to create spaces that were unique and full of character. This love for beautiful pieces that show the hand of the maker led me to work with a ceramics studio, where I developed my appreciation for craftsmanship and the beauty of unique items.

A family member, with strong personal connections to Turkey, ignited a very special interest in the country's rich cultural history. This led to our very first sourcing trip to Turkey. It was exhilarating to venture off the beaten path, forging connections with local suppliers, and uncovering hidden gems that spoke to our hearts.
